Dear Editor,
I was so pleased to find TheAdvisory website, the information on “Need to sell my home fast for cash” was very informative, luckily for me I found the site before I made a huge mistake and sell my flat at a preventative loss.
I had accepted an offer of 230.000 for quIck sale of my flat on the open market, the sale was near completion when the joint buyers had problems and the sale fell through a the end of July. I found a company called propertyrescue.co.uk and one of their agents contacted me to explain the procedure, after 3 days they made me an offer of 170.000, naturally I turned It now as the amount was ridiculous.
I am still very keen to sell my home as I’m relocating for my job and must leave at the beginning of the week, I will be very grateful If you can advise me on Reputable Cash Home Buyers.

Gavin,
The house for sale is a semi detached property built in the 1970s with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.
It has been on the market since April listed at £120,000
My current situation is that I am a widowed father of two (hence no mortgage on the property). I have now met someone else with her own family so we are looking at moving into a larger home. She has sold her property & is currently in rented accommodation. We have had an offer accepted on a larger house but in order to reduce the size of the mortgage I would like to sell quickly & free up the capital in my property.
We could probably afford to move without selling my home but I would prefer not to have the hassle and would like to make a fresh start.

Thanks Terry & Neil for writing in. I will email you back shortly with my recommendations.
If anyone out there needs advice on how to sell house fast / solicitors and conveyancing / how to stop repossession / sell home and rent back schemes or anything else property related, feel free to get in touch.

Even if you can’t compete on price with foreclosures, you can do your best to make sure that the house at least looks better on the outside than the foreclosure down the block. Take the time to go around and fix those things one by one. If you noticed them, the buyer will too! When we sold our house we ended up repainting some trim on the outside of the house, repainting several rooms that had scratches and marks on the wall, and removed some rubber marks on the kitchen linoleum. It only took us one or two days of hard work, but in the end the house looked much better, and was more inviting to a buyer. Selling your house in a down market isn’t an easy task, but you can still do some hard work along the way and make your chances that much better. In the end your house will show better, and you’ll be able to sell your house that much quicker.
