I’m writing to you in the hope that you can give some advice using national home buyers as we need to sell property quickly.
My partner as been in and out of work over the past 12 – 18 months and i am on maternity leave with a 4mth old baby. As you can imagine life as been a bit horrible and our debts have mounted. We have got arrangements in place and we are slowly paying them off.
We have decided though, that we are going to sell house quick and move to Bulgaria and hopefully give ourselves and our new daughter a better life.
Now to clear my mortgage and secured and unsecured debt i need at least £110,000. then for my own sanity and security to move to Bulgaria and buy and renovate a property, plus have emergency funds i need I think, around £40,000 to £50,000.
I live on a very popular estate and the house values on there are advertised from around £170,000 to over £200,000.
Please advise me as the best place to go. We would like to move soon and need the cash to go our there and look and also have the money ready to be able to buy. So we need to sell our house and rent back. I know i won’t get the full value of my property; these guys are only in it to make money, but i don’t want to feel like i have been ripped off. Also i need a decent rent back policy, not something that is going to jump up in price after the first couple of month. Please help.
