Hello, hope you can help? I am thinking about sell and rent back. I live in Chobham and the house is a semi-detached, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. Its worth between £370,000 - £390,000. Have a lot of debt and my husband has moved out and wants to sell the property fast. I am not opposed to this but I would like to stay here for a while longer as I don’t think I can cope with the move with everything else that is going on in my life at the moment. Probably need to move in the next two to three months. I’d appreciate your help. Yours sincerely, Tina

Hi Gavin, i am looking to sell my house fast due to seperation from my wife. I am struggling to meet the payments on my own. My house is a 2 bedroom detached bungalow with potential for a 3rd room. It is in beatiful condition throughout - porch, large hallway, living room, 2 double bedrooms 1 with on-suite, fully fitted bathroom with corner bath kitchen diner with french doors leading to conservatory. We are not overlooked at either front or back rural setting. Thank you, Paul

Hello, I am separating from my husband and he is moving out of the family home. I do not want to sell my house and need some advice regarding sell and rent back. There are loads of companies on the internet but how can I tell which ones are reputable? Jane.

Dear sir, I am a disabled 37 year old man who, because of an unexpected (uninsured) death, has been left alone in my house. I now have to manage the same outgoings with less than half the income. When I took ill over 10 years ago my insurance company refused to pay out because they said it could be caused by my diabetes.
I have spoken to the benefits agency who have said that the amount of help I might get would not be of a great significance. My incapacity benefit might have taken me £2 over the threshold for income support. I thought that, with owing just under £30,000 on my mortgage, a quick sale would allow me to buy a static caravan or canal boat to live on without a mortgage.
My house is a three bed semi, it has a bathroom upstairs with separate toilet. Two living rooms with a toilet and shower room off the smaller one. hallway and kitchen with gardens to the front and back. Oil central heating, double glazing and has wall and attic insulation.
The prices of houses being sold in the street varies greatly, £100-£125,000 and more so I have been told, but would imagine £85 to £90 thousand would be a real price. I hope so anyway. If you can point me in the direction of someone that can buy my house quickly I’d be most grateful. Sincerley, Roger
