Sell House Fast - Advice Request

Hi Gavin thank you for your help with my quick house sale and follow up email regarding my problem well to update u without going too much onto a tangent homebuyers uk have been a complete and utter nightmare they have now taken me to the point of repossession and have changed the price for my house again as i mentioned on the initial email to your kind selves they offered me £130,000 (approx), then they did their ‘research’ and came back with their ‘revised’ offer of £103,000 which due to the current credit status of finances all around us i decided i could pay all of my debts mortgage etc and still get a new car for returning to work after being off work for six months due to depression now we or i did all the work with spratt endicott my solicitors they activated for me and arrived at the stage of exchanging contracts and they contacted a local estate agent that i had been dealing with as a back up plan and they decided to offer information to them about a private conversation i had with one of this estate agents about an investor that had viewed my house now there was no need what so ever to divulge this information as it was not asked for all they had to do was quote the valuation they had done for me a week earlier as a direct consequence they immediately rang me quite irate telling me that due to this new information my revised offer was now a meager £66,000.

Oh my gosh i couldn’t believe it Gavin I’m devastated to say the least and stuck between a rock and a hard place now as Barcalys are breathing down my neck for the arrears in mortgage payments i owe them and in the banks defense they have been very patient and excellent in every way but fair play they need their money.

However this doesnt help my situation i am watching fifteen years of hard work and mortgage payments go down the toilet in front of my eyes its devastating im sure homebuyers uk cannot do this legally or at least treat people this way without some kind of restriction put upon them by the laws of our land thats supposed to protect us from vultures like this Gavin?

I would really appreciate any guidance or advice u guys can offer me as i need to scream from the rooftops about these homebuyers people ought to know how they are abusing these troubled times for families and using the awful financial situation of most of us right now to their own twisted ends. Dont get me wrong im the first in line for money making good luck  i say but this is inhumane and the great people of our country need to know.

And would you please be kind enough to forward me some people you trust who can offer me a quick sale solution to my very urgent reposession status i really need to try as i dont want to get my home reposessed it will break my heart i have allways played by rules and this isnt fair.
