Hi Gavin, I wish to sell house fast as we are emigrating to Canada and have received our visas, I just don’t know which road to go down as there are so many horror stories of rip off merchants doing sell and rent back.
We would like to stay in our house for about a month after selling to get our stuff ready to go if possible, if not we can move to a temporary place.
The property is in Devon TQ14 and is a 4 bed semi that we bought for £185 thousand in February 2008 and has an outstanding mortgage of £113,000, a realistic value of our house is £170,000

Hi, I have have a two bed terraced property that I need to sell fast. I bought it for 240,000 in December 2007. I initially put in on the market for 250,000 and have now reduced it to 209,950 to obtain a quick house sale. I am looking to sell asap due to new job/daughters school location and because we have sold it twice now, the first time was before the credit crunch and the buyers were getting a 100% mortgage which then got refused. we then had a time-waster who never actually had a deposit so as you can imagine it is getting very frustrating. Hope you can help?

We currently own a 3 bed, 1 bathroom with separate w.c, lounge, separate dining room and galley style kitchen which was fitted approx 2 years ago. The central heating system is approx 2 years old with a condenser boiler. The bathroom is a new white suite with over bath shower. The property is detached with driveway for 2 cars. 2 large sheds in the back attached to each other so quite a large storage area.
We have just remortgaged the house because our fixed rate came to an end so the house was valued last month at £165,000 We need to sell fairly quickly because of financial reasons but are not in dire straites yet, just wondering if you could help us find some companies that would be willing to buy my house fast.
