Dear Sir, I am at present attempting to sell a bungalow  inherited from a deceased relative.
I have received an acceptable offer from a reputable company who are willing to pay solicitor conveyancing fees if carried out by their solicitor
Is this the normal proceedure and are there any pitfalls I should be aware of?
