This is the first time I will be selling a property and have found the article on “How to Negotiate Your Estate Agents Fee and Contract” most valuable and will certainly try some of your suggestions. A similar article listing all the cost e.g. HIPS, solicitors etc would be most useful as very often they get forgotten
