Thanks for your prompt reply to my e-mail, it is nice to know that there is someone out there with some morals. We inherited the property that we are trying to sell so we are not in the desperate position to sell quickly that some people are in, however it does’nt mean that we will take a derisory offer if it comes along purely to sell the property quickly. Your advisory notes were very valuable and I am sure will get us the successful outcome that we want, once again many thanks for your help.
