Hi,

The coveyancing tips were very helpful as I am a first time buyer and didn’t really know anything about this process.
I spoke to a conveyancing solicitor who quoted me £200 + vat for her fees  asked for a rundown of everything else and over the phone it estimated £470, so I instructed her and received my estimate this morning and her fees have gone up to £400 + vat.
Now I know what should be what I am going to get rid of them find someone else and follow every little detail with the advice that I have read on your site.

Thank you very much, I think you just saved me alot of stress and money.
